Tightwire

Ashley Brophy gained international recognition with world records and as a major circus festival prize-winner in Paris. The wire is 2.2 meters high on a self supported rig (no anchors or weights  needed) . 

Balancing on the tightwire, Ashley jumps, skips and performs dance moves. He spins around the wire and ends the act with a dramatic backflip off the wire onto the floor. Footage is available below or in the video gallery. Ashley has also appeared as a finalist on Australia’s Got Talent in 2009 and was featured in the tv show Australia’s Got Amazing Talent in 2011.

This mirror finish stainless steel apparatus is completely self supporting requiring no anchors.  With a small tech run it rolls in on casters and unfolds for performance in 30 seconds (Actual tight wire height is 1.5m, 1.75m or 2m).
